NuFlow fixed a cracked cast iron pipe under our basement floor, which helped us avoid the astronomical costs that would have been involved in jackhammering up the floor. I own a slab home were my residents were having issues with water leaking from under the foundation. We had the pipes camera to determine what the issue was and found that some of the pipes had cracks in them which were causing water to leak out. Rather than breaking up the floor and replacing the lines we engaged NuFlow to come and use their technology and service to “line” the pipes so that the cracks would be repaired. We gave NuFlow the camera video that we took and they provided an estimate to get the property repaired. This process took 4 days in which I had to displace the family renting this home to a hotel during this period. After the family moved back in they found that the original problem that NuFlow was hired to correct was still happened. Nothing changed or was better after NuFlow provided their services. When we contacted NuFlow about this situation they sent someone out to investigate and told me that NOW the issue was in an area of the pipes they “could not repair” an
