Horrible experience, spoke to a woman on the phone about a job we hired them to do, the job was done incorrectly and they billed up for 2 hours more than they were there. We told her we’d like to be charged for the time he was actually there, she finally agreed to that and we asked for additional compensation for the incorrect job. She refused and said she didn’t want to speak about it, and said she wasn’t listening. They came back out a few days later (late to the job) to fix it. Now we’re set back multiple days due to the inconvenience they’ve caused.

The best Dobbs. Brian and Mike are great, service is always good and consistent and they stand by their work. Would recommend them for basic service and especially tires and oil changes.
