JJ came by this morning to give us a quote on a new AC system. We had a repair done recently by another company and with the age of our units thought they may need to be replaced. After getting answers to questions he asked, JJ went into the attic to check out the furnace. Right away he noticed a pipe not completely connected to the furnace, and he said this is why the air was hot. You were getting hot air from the attic being pumped into the house. He had what he needed to fix it and did that on the spot. He said the furnaces and units are in great shape and don't need to be replaced. We awoke to 10 degree weather with no heat at 5:30 am! By 7:30 am Apex Heating was here — did I mention it was Christmas Eve? In order to service their customers, the owner was at our neighbor’s across the street, and JJ, the Operations Manager was at our house. Obviously doing technician work was not their normal job responsibility, yet they came out to help their customers in a difficult situation on an important holiday. JJ immediately fixed our issue, was respectful and friendly, and obviously loves his work! After this great experience, we will never consider using anyone but them for our HVAC needs.
