We had a new AC system installed last week. They were able to schedule it only two days after we learned that we needed it. The installation crew was lead by Steven. They were very professional. Everything was done well and carefully explained. I would not hesitate to recommend B&T to other people.

We had an incredible customer experience with B&T HVAC and wanted to share - we purchased a house last year that had 2 HVAC units purchased through/installed by B&T HVAC. We noticed that 1 of the 2 units wasn't cooling as well as it should have shortly after the initial 1-year warranty expired, so we asked B&T HVAC to come out and take a look. Brian did a thorough job fully inspecting it and realized that the compressor needed to be replaced, which was an expensive repair and pretty unusual for how new the system still was. We were surprised and disappointed by how much we'd need to spend for a system that was just out of warranty - and Brian/Aaron went out of their way to work with American Standard to take care of the issue for us even though it was just out of warranty.
