A/C unit completely stopped working while we were sleeping last night, called at 8 a.m. this morning and had a technician out at the house by 2 p.m same day. I wasn't physically present myself, but the issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed within a very short time period. Was told they were friendly and efficient.
