We had our filters changed as our normal rotation, the technician Carson was very respectful of being in a business setting as we had clients in the store at the same time. He was very professional. Service: Heating system maintenance
HAYNES HEATING AND COOLING HAS THE WORST UNRELIABLE AND UNCOMMITTED CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD IN THIS AREA. THEY DON'T SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY, THEN THEY SAY THE APPOINTMENT NEVER GOT PASSED TO THE CORRECT PERSON ON THEIR SIDE, THEY DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH WITH SERVICE CONTRACTS, AND I HAVE FINALLY GOT TIRED OF CHASING THEM DOWN AFTER 3 YEARS OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO AVOID HEADACHES AND THIS WAS FOR BOTH MY BUSINESS AND MY HOME.
A/C unit completely stopped working while we were sleeping last night, called at 8 a.m. this morning and had a technician out at the house by 2 p.m same day. I wasn't physically present myself, but the issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed within a very short time period. Was told they were friendly and efficient. Thank you guys again, we will definitely use Haynes for our future heating/air issues! Service: A/C system repair
