I needed a hot water heater replaced asap as it is a cabin short term rental and I had guests staying. They didn’t have any openings for the day so said they would put me on after hours schedule. Around noon I got a call from the technician who said he would be to my cabin in less than an hour. They were on time, had what they needed and did a fine job. All at a reasonable cost. I’ve had them a number of other times over the years and find them very reliable and cost effective!

Edit- changing from 1 to 3 stars as they finally refunded when when we called back one more time. Although they said they don't do free estimates, since they're such a big company, we trusted they would fix our problem. 2 guys came out, told us to "wiggle the handle", fixed nothing and charged us $125 +tax. We called the office to express our dismay and give them a chance to give us a partial refund before leaving this review but no one called back. Kicking ourselves for not calling a free estimate company. Will never take our chances on them again for any service.
