Jesse and Zach are amazing. They were on time, professional thorough. Jesse went into my crawlspace and communicated with Zack from the bathroom above. Zach then joined Jesse in the crawlspace to further examine the area with him. In conclusion, the issue was diagnosed and I'm satisfied with their findings. I actually have a foundation issue- no plumbing leaks!!! I would definitely allow them to service my home again and highly recommend them. Two other Haynes Plumbers have also serviced issues in our home but unfortunately, I didn’t think to write a review and can’t recall their names (so sorry). One of them connected an expansion tank and installed a new shower handle. He also advised me on a water heater issue that I was concerned about, which turns out to be not as big a deal as I thought. Edit- changing from 1 to 3 stars as they finally refunded when when we called back one more time. Although they said they don't do free estimates, since they're such a big company, we trusted they would fix our problem. 2 guys came out, told us to "wiggle the handle", fixed nothing and charged us $125 +tax. We called the office to express our dismay and give them a chance to give us a partial refund before leaving this review but no one called back. Kicking ourselves for not calling a free estimate company. Will never take our chances on them again for any service.

I called MB Haynes Plumbing this morning at 9 a.m. -- my water heater was out. i was told I would get a call back "soon" from the on-call plumber. I called again 90 minutes later, again left my name and details and was given the same reply. It is now 3:30 p.m. -- no call back, no response. I the meantime, I have removed the water from my basement, dried the floor, researched the problem and fixed it myself. In your own website words: "We also are available 24/7 for a plumbing emergency." You know, if you CAN'T get to the job --a simple phone call would have been OK -- I get it. But no response. Taking you off my phone list....
