I have worked for countless mechanical companies in my 12 years of doing this trade. I’ve always chased the money, no matter where I went. So I have worked alongside and with a lot of administrators at several different mechanical companies in the Carolinas and all over the US now, when I tell you this company, MB Haynes is so unprofessional you wouldn’t believe how unprofessional I am talking about their business practices are so outdated and so caveman that they had all kinds of ads posted all over the Internet on every Job Search website, you could think of they are hiring for HVAC, sheet-metal mechanics and foreman and helpers and I am, more than overqualified with 12 versatile, in-depth years of experience in this field doing only commercial work, and I was turned away after being offered a job because I went in and asked for more money and asked to reconsider the offer and put a counter offer of two dollars more.
