A couple of years ago I closed on a house that had a Trane system installed by Quality Comfort. This particular unit has had issues from the factory. Vadim from Quality Comfort has come and done all the repairs and recheck of the system. He’s very knowledgeable. He has an awesome work ethic and is very smart and thorough and kind. I trust him to continue doing all my servicing and repairs. The company as a whole is a great company. They are all kind, responsive and always on time. I can always rely on them! This company installed all of our new duct work and HVAC system. We were building our new home, moved in in 2013. Here we are now, with having to replace our HVAC system because this company did not leave ANY paperwork for us to register our HVAC system...NOTHING! Not to mention that they did not install the sump pump drain on the air handler drip pan properly! Cause of the now current problem! If you don't register, your warranty is only good for 5 years. We would have registered it if we were given all of our paperwork and actually had someone explain this to us. So now, if we had the 10 year warranty and proper paperwork, our now failed unit would have been covered. Also, the guy answering the phone is clueless and has difficulty with the English language. IMO don't waste your time with this company. My review would be in the negative zero!
