I’ll definitely use Final Plunge again. My only issue was that even though I requested a specific service - descaling and flushing out our tankless water heater - the technician wasn’t sure he had the descaling chemical he needed to do the job on his truck. I was happy that he found what he needed on the truck, but would challenge Final Plunge to make sure their technicians don’t show up unprepared particularly when the customer has made a specific request like I did. At any rate, Victor was professional and did a great job.

I had a need for some drains and supply lines to be replaced, and Final Plunge was one of the three contractors that I had to come and quote the job. At first the technician who was looking at my proposed work seemed very nice, intelligent, and interested in providing me with a quote for what I was asking for. As things progressed, in addition to the two areas that I asked him to address, he began walking throughout the house inspecting every fixture in the house, taking pictures of everything, and asking questions about things way outside of my proposed scope of work. As I described the issues I was having, he began to suspect that I might need much more than what I was asking to have repaired. He then asked to see under the house, as the house is built over a crawlspace. Upon inspecting the pipework under my house, he emerged with dire news of my house needing to have the drain pipe system replaced in addition to the three drains and two sets of supply lines that I was requesting to
