I was amazed at just how wonderful Forrest and his crew were. Saved me a lot of money and headache ! Support local businesses like his. Trust me !
Our first Monday in a new house: Main drainage/sewer line backed up - not good. The local-ish 24/7 company (I'll leave them unnamed) came out and diagnosed the problem: "We'll fix it by installing a cleanout for $11k in about 3 weeks or so. In the meantime... good luck? Oh, and we're definitely gonna tear the $#&% out of your driveway." Thankfully we got a second opinion/quote (Forrest Plumbing to the rescue) on Tuesday. They agreed with the diagnosis but were able to install the cleanout and fix the blockage a couple days later for more like $3k. It really felt like they were looking out for us: they got the "safe digging" people to expedite things (so we could have water again asap) and they managed to limit the concrete destruction/removal to a convenient, out of the way corner of the driveway. Summary: 3 day turnaround instead of 3 weeks, 3k instead of 11k, and minimal disruption/destruction. What's not to love? Service: Sewer repair
Wow. This is our first time hosting the family Thanksgiving holiday, and of course a week before everyone was about to arrive, the faucet in our guest bathroom wouldn't get hot. We tried for days to get another company (who also misdiagnosed the problem) to work us into their "busy" schedule.
