Gene Wood kept me informed of when he would arrive and very prompt. He was very polite and courteous. He was very experienced and explained what he was doing and why he did it. Always prompt, clear on the trouble found & what it will take to repair. Today, the defroster board was not working, a new one ordered, & installation scheduled for tomorrow. Excellent turn around time. Also, very precise on how to manage during upcoming near zero temperatures. Service: HVAC system repair
