The team at Comfort Guru is top notch! Our old HVAC unit completely died in the middle summer. The owner came out, assessed the situation and provided a quote and timeline. Their in-office staff stayed in contact to schedule the install, the needed inspection, and to follow up after install to make sure everything was operating properly. The entire process took only a few days. We were impressed with their quick turnaround time especially since it was the middle of summer, and they were incredibly busy. Aaron and his crew are amazing. I was out of my warranty window on my AC unit and they came out and spent half a day on Saturday to get my unit up and running AND covered it a no cost to me. This is not the first time they have done this. The Comfort Guru Always and I really mean Always does the right thing for their customers.
