Being a first time homeowner, Aaron was very professional and patient with all of the questions we had for him about our system. He took the time to clean the Condenser and the surrounding area around and underneath. It looked awesome and couldn't be happier with his care and service. The team at Comfort Guru is top notch! Our old HVAC unit completely died in the middle summer. The owner came out, assessed the situation and provided a quote and timeline. Their in-office staff stayed in contact to schedule the install, the needed inspection, and to follow up after install to make sure everything was operating properly. The entire process took only a few days. We were impressed with their quick turnaround time especially since it was the middle of summer, and they were incredibly busy.
