Ice maker quit ordered one from Amazon still not working. Called Mark and he told me that I needed to order a oem Ice maker which I did installed it still not working Called Mark back and he came out and he really didn't do any diagnostic other than lift the lever and said that the Ice maker was bad. All of this for 80 dollars. I ordered a replacement got it and still no Ice Called back and he said to text my info and he would come out the next which he never did. It has now been fixed by another qualified company. He also told me he was retiring so I guess he was using my 80 dollars. Don't use this guy.

Had Mark out to diagnose a dryer issue. He told me it was the thermostat. I made the mistake of paying him up front for The Visit and the part he had to order. Said he'd put it in the following week. It's been three weeks now. Reached out a few times, No response. And lo and behold the dryer is working fine after a small adjustment to the dryer vent. He was testing the thermostat on the cool down mode, so of course, it would show the drum heater not cycling back on. Told me he's retiring next year. I guess hes lining his pockets prior...

Had used him in the past but this time he Has not come back to repair washing machine and dishwasher even though we already paid him $350. Have called numerous times and texted and when he does respond he says he will come out on a date and time but never shows up and it’s been 3MONTHS! First he said he had shoulder surgery, then had a death in family and after these “good” reasons he said he would be out after every excuse but never came. I’ve requested for him to return money we paid him 3 months ago and still haven’t heard from him. Not honest or trust worthy person!
