Had used him in the past but this time he Has not come back to repair washing machine and dishwasher even though we already paid him $350. Have called numerous times and texted and when he does respond he says he will come out on a date and time but never shows up and it’s been 3MONTHS! First he said he had shoulder surgery, then had a death in family and after these “good” reasons he said he would be out after every excuse but never came. I’ve requested for him to return money we paid him 3 months ago and still haven’t heard from him. Not honest or trust worthy person!

Called and got a full voicemail. Texted and he responded. Said he would come out the following week. I asked for a date and time. No response. I asked for a date and time 2 days later. No response. I called on day 8 and got a full voicemail. I sent a text about a date/time again and got no response until I told him he was a horrible businessman. He then said, oh, I was coming over today. Of course, no one is home because he never gave us a date and time.
