AMC Contracting

We hired AMC to remodel our kitchen and master bath and we are so pleased with the results. Everyone who works there is so nice and they were always very respectful of our home. They kept the job sites clean. They are very quick to respond and were always quick to resolve any concerns that we had. We have recommended AMC to our friends and neighbors and will definitely be reaching out to them for future projects. Very unhappy with all interactions with this company. Scheduled to have a worker come to my home to provide an estimate. When I explained my project that I wanted done the worker didnt say much at all, pretty much just nodded his head to anything I said. There was no asking specifics, no telling me what would be more ideal for my situation, no explanation of how they would do things. Pretty much minimal interaction despite me trying to ask specifics of how things/parts of the project would work. I felt as if none of my questions were being answered. I then waited over 2 weeks for an estimate, just to be notified that I would need to talk to someone outside the company before even getting an estimate for the project- which would be hundreds of dollars extra just. Why was I not notified this at the start? Lastly, my estimate for part of the project was then emailed to me (no greeting in the email of anything, pretty much just a link) which was over DOUBLE (!!) all other estimates other l

Let me start by saying that bundling these 2 projects saved me a lot of money, I cannot be more grateful for the great customer experience and the quality delivered by AMC Contracting. The before and after pictures will tell you more than anything that I could write in this review. Spending money is always hard but not so much when it’s well spent. Thank you Carlos!
