About a month ago, my neighbor was having their roof replaced. I realized that my roof had been leaking and I went over and spoke to the roofers. Beginning at that moment, I have had one of the best customer service experiences. Bailey and Dustin have been terrific. Every time I have called them, I received their immediate attention. If I had to leave a message, they both got back to me really quickly. My roof has just been installed. It looks great and they did a great job on cleaning up. Due to our insurance company initially denying our claim for a new roof, it took several hoops to jump through over the course of about 6 months but Bailey was professional and willing to go the extra mile every step.
