Our AC unit upstairs stopped cooling. Mark was able to come out quickly and diagnose the issue, and get our system up and running. We replaced some parts along with our ancient furnace. Overall, a great experience with Mark and this company. We will be using them in the future for all of our HVAC needs, and highly recommend them. The gentleman that came was very knowledgeable and knew when I explained exactly what it was! He was so respectful and nice. Customer service was his main focus. He even checked the pressure but has to wait for the corporate rental service to give him permission to recharge with Freon. The corporate rental company is a whole different review on their part! I used Greenergy to have a propane gas line and gas logs installed in my existing fireplace. Mark showed up at the scheduled time and discussed with me the work that he would be doing. The job was professionally done and looks great! We could not be more happy with the way our gas logs look and work.
