Terry has now done 2 seperate jobs for us. He is honest, fair and efficient. His prices are by far the most reasonable I have seen and he doesn't try to take advantage of you. I would reccommend him to anyone and will continue to call Turner Plumbing in the future. ????????

I don't understand the other reviews saying they had fair pricing. They came out to the house twice and charged me an hour travel @ $90 each time. Their address is 1.2 miles from my house and is a 3 minute drive away. Even if they charged from job to job I really have a hard time believing it takes an hour from any two points in Cary. So that was $180 just for them to drive to the house plus the time it took them to diagnose the problem. I even did the excavating to access the line outside the home. Then they diagnosed the problem and said they had to dig up the pad in the house to fix it. After several days Terry gave me an estimate that was ridiculously high. I called a few other companies and they all came out with no travel time charge and properly diagnosed the problem. Their estimates were 1/3 or less than the price Terry gave me saving me thousands. I got it fixed in one day where Turner was going to tear into our living room and disrupt the inside of the house unnecessarily o
