I spoke to Ed who was very knowledgeable and patient. I called few other companies who either tried to sell something that I don't need or sounded pushy. Ed walked me through two solutions along with the cost and also shared maintenance tips. I highly recommend Ed. Ed and his team did a fantastic job repairing our Air Conditioner. They were very polite and respectful. We called a few other companies and they gave us a time and were a no show. Ed on the other hand responded in a timely manner. His team showed up within the time frame that was allotted to us. They diagnosed the problem and immediately took care of it.
