Zack was prompt and pleasant and very professional. His repair looks great. He also realized that there might be significant water damage under the repaired area and referred us to a water damage restoration company. That move has potentially saved us some major expenses. We were very happy with this company.
I had previously had 2 plumbers come out and have a look at the kitchen drain. They were sure I had to hydro jet my main line. Scott came out and cleared the line without the need for hydro jetting. He was knowledgeable, courteous and saved me a lot of money by using his experience and understanding of clogs rather than a tool immediately (snake, hydro jetting etc) to fix it. I was really pleased with Scott's work and would definitely use the company again! Service: Drain cleaning
