While having some other work done, we found out we had a roof leak into the attic space above your garage. I called Mike on the 12/22 and he returned my call within in an 1/2 hour. We agreed on him coming out around 11am on the 23rd, which happened to be one of the coldest, windiest days I've ever seen in Charlotte. He came out, immediately identified the issue and gave us a price. He said he would let us know when he could get us on the schedule. We assumed it would be a week or two due to weather, holidays, etc, but he sent a message on 12/28 that he could get someone out on 12/29. I followed up with a couple of questions after the work was complete and he quickly responded. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him for any future repairs. Service: Roof damage repair

His report (including photos) was so detailed and thorough that even the seasoned attorneys at my law firm were impressed.
