Andersen Heating & Cooling

Had my AC go out late at night and called Andersen first thing the next morning which was a Sunday. They were able to have a technician out that day within 1.5 hours. I couldn't believe the speed of service! I called another company recommended by the builder and they couldn't see me for over a week AND charged an upfront fee. Andersen's technician was knowledgeable and fixed the issue right away.

Andersen installed my heating and air in 1999 when my home was built. They also have serviced it twice a year since then and they were the ones I purchased my new unit from several years ago. I love my tech Julie who I always request service my unit. She is on time, knows what she is doing, always changes my filters for me and has always checked my smoke detectors batteries. I will be 73 in October and she always makes sure that we are safe and every thing is working properly!
