I've had several years of first rate service from Integrity Heating and Cooling including installation of high grade A/C equipment. All of the technicians we have dealt with have been highly trained and friendly. This is particularly true of Cameron Ausby who just did a system checkup today. We found Integrity through a Costco promotion for HVAC system replacement. Integrity reached out to us promptly and set up a system replacement consultation very quickly which was great! Greg came out, took measurements of our existing system and very professionally and transparently explained three (3) options for us to choose from based on our budget, system efficiency, and features offered in each option. After having 4 different estimates, we decided to go with Integrity and can say we are very pleased with our decision. Neal and his team worked with us to set up a date for the install and made sure that we were getting the best value possible by utilizing rebates available and keeping our existing smart thermostat to save us money. The install team came out and were respectful and professional throughout the install process. Eric, Bryce, Abraham, Dan, and Drew came out and replaced our HVAC and duct work shortly after we purchased our home.
