I was very impressed overall with the responsiveness, professionalism and customer service attitude of the whole Integrity team that I interacted with from the beginning to end of the HVAC installation process. My wife Tami ordered the installation through Costco and Integrity promptly contacted us and scheduled the time for initial consultation. Greg the project manager was thorough in evaluating the existing heating and A/C units explained well all the options for replacement. Neal was prompt in communicating about the install scheduling and completing the paperwork and collecting payments. Dan and Abraham showed up promptly and did an excellent job in completing the install while communicating with me all along on the progress, answering my questions and explaining everything at the end. Since moving to the area, we have worked with Integrity (from a neighbor recommendation) and very happy we did. The office is very helpful & understanding; technicians are friendly, transparent, and knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is them explaining any concerns with clear photos and recaps, as HVAC is a foreign topic. Highly recommend to anyone in CLT area looking for HVAC.
