Took three days to come out since we were not priority members. My husband had surgery and we were not able to leave and the heat index was over 100. They did not seem very concerned. Had to pay almost 600 dollars for them to clean the drain pan. The technician was very nice but tried to up sale the whole time. Service: HVAC system repair

Genuinely the most amazing HVAC company I have used. From the service techs to the sales team to the install team, everyone I worked with was incredibly helpful, honest, and friendly. The service team discovered that I had a near crack in my heat-exchanger and mold in my condenser bin. 5 days later, I have a brand new AC and Furnace installed. They went above and beyond to show me all the problems and the sales team showed me the best system for my needs and provided me a few options to choose from. Kevin on the sales team and Jamie along with his install team were absolutely amazing. They even discovered that I had a vent that was covered by drywall in my ceiling! This house is 18 years old and nobody noticed this the entire time until they came in and noticed. I now have cool air in my kitchen that has made SUCH a difference. Service: Install AC

Mr. Ken came for the orientation today and went through all the details of the unit and the warranty. He also inspected our new unit and recommended us to change the filter that was full of dust from the construction. He provided us with a new filter and went with us through the process of the installation. He was very professional, kind and helpful. We strongly recommend Andy Lewis.
