My AC stopped work suddenly when the weather was in the 90s. Immediately my dear not knowing what to do. I asked my painter who said one of his clients always used Andy Lewis. I called them up and they have an estimate of when they think they can come out to me. The technician, Donald, called and texted to let me know he was on his way. He assessed the situation, told me how much it would cost before he started the repairs. Something I really appreciated because most technicians don’t do so. Definitely a reliable company. I recommend them!

Took three days to come out since we were not priority members. My husband had surgery and we were not able to leave and the heat index was over 100. They did not seem very concerned. Had to pay almost 600 dollars for them to clean the drain pan. The technician was very nice but tried to up sale the whole time. Service: HVAC system repair

Ken was punctual, informative, and very patient throughout the process of teaching me how our new system works. The office staff was also very helpful in setting up my extended warranty and the orientation appointment.
