Ken was punctual, informative, and very patient throughout the process of teaching me how our new system works. The office staff was also very helpful in setting up my extended warranty and the orientation appointment.
Did a new home orientation with Ken. Great guy. Walked me through how to set the thermostats and offered further services that I decided to move forward with given great value. Highly recommend! He knew his stuff and is solely doing it to help people. Really educated me as well and I really appreciated it.
Our capacitor was replaced by a Turbo. Worker was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. People oriented. He came out during a terrible heatwave but was pleasant and great yo work with. Service: HVAC system repair
