Benjamin Franklin is a top notch company. They are timely, professional, and very knowledgable. My job (water line replacement from the meter to the house) had numerous complications due to trees, multiple utility lines and a few underground items. Their technicians (Brandon and Lauren) were persistent and did not cut any corners. They committed to doing the job right and invested an extra day to make it happen.
