We called Air Today after one of the big names told us some half truths and gave us bad advice. We got a reference from a family member who'd had them do several repairs and installs in a new home. All of the technicians we've met have been very friendly and professional taking great effort to make sure things are working right. They communicate well and really are punctual and complete when they predict. They offer options, answered our questions and gave advice about the existing equipment. No hard pressure sales tactics and we'll have them back for check ups often for sure. Great folks for sure. Thank You Air Today! Had Air Today out to our Davidson home for spring system check or our 2 HVAC systems. Tyler called on his way and showed up earlier than expected which was a big help. He was polite and courteous to us and our dogs who loved him. Checked/tested both systems and the out side pumps as part of our now bi annual system check with Air Today, he conveyed both are working opiimumly. He the cleaned both exterior carrier pumps and the are both spotless and brand new looking. Previous companies had clearly skipped this step for us. Thankful for an honest service call that took their time to do the job right.

Air Today replaced two gas units for me in 2015. I recently had to have the duct work replaced on one unit. I found out that neither was inspected or had a permi. When I notified them I was told that was correct but was told when the other company finished the new duct work they would like the opportunity to make it right. They would overhaul both units and fix any problem. They were told the second unit was not putting out warm air at that time. They came out and fixed the unit and charged me 338.00 to replace the motor. I was charged 1 hr warranty labor. I don't think that was much of an opportunity to make things right. My grandson has special needs so I really didn't have much choice but go with them since they needed heat. I guess it boils down to a word game. He asked for the opportunity to make it right I assumed that warranty meant no charge. Where they on time yes. Did they fix the problem yes. Would I use them again probably not.
