One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Update for potential customers: AVOID. We've called multiple times Saturday-Friday this week to submit multiple requests for service despite paying for a new AC and furnace install up front with cash. The initial sales consult was 2 hours late to our time window. We've been waiting around for the last 3 days to have the job completed. The supervisor came out to check the work 3 days after the fact (it should've been day-of install). We were told that we would fail the county inspection next week because the One Hour team didn't leave us with a carbon monoxide detector. We are now waiting an additional day for them to bring one out. We have to be home, but no time window can be provided. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible customer service. For having a name indicative of being on-time, they were anything but. The install of the new AC and furnace was sub-par. The unit is installed, but they dirtied up our brand new carpeting. I had a great experience with Billy today! He was very knowledgeable and professional, but mostly personable. He answered my questions and talked me through my bad news that I need a new unit! Bad news comes a little easier when the person giving it to you is so nice and understanding!

I called one hour heating and ac because my ac was not getting my house cool and they came like they said and check my unit I didn’t know but they told me that my unit was over 33 years old and asked me about getting a new unit so I said yes let’s give it a try. So another guy came out named Josh and he was a down to earth guy very friendly and nice, he also took a look at both of my units and we talked about it for a few and he also helped me through the application process for a new unit and within a few minutes he had me approved for two new units at a great price and the best part was he said we will be here tomorrow to install your new units. I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs work done or in search for a new energy efficient you to give them a call you want be disappointed trust me.
