I had a great experience with Billy today! He was very knowledgeable and professional, but mostly personable. He answered my questions and talked me through my bad news that I need a new unit! Bad news comes a little easier when the person giving it to you is so nice and understanding!
We called one hour heating and cooling at approximately 10 PM and our tech was there by nine the next morning. I also received a text and a phone call that he was on his way. Our tech Billy was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and most important to me, trustworthy. He took his time to explain the issues and address any questions we had. Service: HVAC system repair
