My wife and I were very impressed with every aspect of this service. Especially our tech Kyle Jackson. Our outside circuit box fried at 8pm we called Roby services and within an hour they contacted us and Kyle was on his way. A complete replacement was required so Kyle explained it couldn’t be repaired on the spot but that he would return the next morning. A little after 8am I received an alert on my phone he was on the way. It even had a real time GPS that showed his progress to our home. They had to co-ordinate with Duke power to cut power to the house for the repair. Everything went seamlessly. Kyle updated the repair progress via texts as I was at work. Excellent,excellent service. Quality work. They showed up on time and explained what they were doing and explained the cost breakdown. May be a little more expensive than some of the other companies that I asked for estimates but the work was done in a timely manner and done correctly. They came back the next day to fix a problem. No hassles.
