The plumber and electrician were wonderful. I never heard from HVAC technician. I had to call Roby twice after the 4 hour appointment window to find out that there had been an emergency and it would be another two hours if I could wait. The extreme lack of communication overshadowed such a great experience with the first two service technicians.
Kyle has done several different electrical jobs at our house. He is professional and efficient. And he is extremely competent in the work he does. With his friendly attitude, I always feel like he’s on my team! Thanks for all you do! Services: Electrical parts assembly, Fan repair
Roby Services did an amazing job with upgrading our electrical services. We have an older model home in an historical neighborhood, and Matt Barrett (Service Tech.) thoroughly explained process and resolution from each of the upgrades. He was extremely professional, responsive every step of the way for the two-day service. He arrived promptly everyday and was very accommodating to our schedules. Could not have asked for a better experience!
