My experience with Famous Roofing & Solutions was very good. After a free inspection, they pointed out the issues we had and provided photographic proof. Mr Famous answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns in a positive and professional manner. He was always available and punctual. Famous Roofing also helped with the insurance claim process and met the adjuster at our house when the inspection was done. Mr. Famous was also very patient when we took our “time” to make a decision as to the color of the shingles we wanted. ???? When it came to replace the roof, it was done carefully, efficiently and in one day. The crew worked carefully, effectively and cleaned up properly after the job was done. The roof looks great ! Contracted Famous Roofing to add gutters to the rear of my home and to make repairs to siding cut by landscapers tools. They were quick to provide an estimate and quickly scheduled the service -- then showed up a few days early to do the job! The work was outstanding quality! I did have an issue with the location of the downspouts (I was not home when the work was done) and they promptly came out and changed them. He was available when the adjuster came out and helped us understand everything that was going on. Scheduling was easy and timely. The workers were professional and did a great job installing.
