I initially signed up for a video consultation in June of 22. It took till January for them to be on site 2 weeks of which was me making a final decision before signing contract. So if your looking for immediate renovations look elsewhere unless discussed before contact signing. They did come and they did the job as described thats it no more or less. I had a leak issue after installation. I contacted them and there was some miscommunication that let to another month of delay on repair scheduling. While on site the crew drove into one of my culverts and knocked some big rocks down cause they were on site till after dark. I appreciate the work ethic and I know mistakes happen but they didn’t make sure the ditch was fixed on there own the next day. 3-4 guys riding in one van, one guy has to sit on a wooden stool in the middle. Had a great experience working with Hatch Homes to replace the siding on our home. We had large amount of rotten composite siding that had attracted the attention of a local woodpecker. The little guy decided to let us know where every bad spot was by pecking out a very noticeable hole. After contacting Hatch Homes we quickly got a virtual meeting setup with Bill who explain their whole process to us in very clear terms. The whole process was fairly quick since we could use a phone app to send in photos of our house which were used to create a 3D model. This allowed them to get accurate measurements and allowed us to play around with style/color options. Once we decided on a style of siding, Bill was able to give us an itemized break down of all the costs. After we signed a contract Hatch Homes went the extra step and their project manager, Arnaldo, arranged to have someone come over and patch our holes temporarily until the work was scheduled to start. We contracted Hatch Homes to replace the worn cedar siding on our 29 year old home with Hardy siding. We could not have made a better decision. From our initial consultation with Lin to working with the project manager, Osiris, our experience was positive and the results are spectacular. The crew was such a hard working group of young men who made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of the job. When a problem came up after the job was completed, Osiris returned with his crew and fixed it right away. That's the kind of customer service you want when you spend your hard earned money. This is a company I would definitely use again and would recommend highly to friends and family.
