My recent interactions with Triple Crown Restoration were pleasurable and professional from beginning to end. My primary contact Glenn was very helpful in explaining the process, from the initial assessment phase, through the complexities of the interactions with the other required entities (insurance company, adjustors, 3rd party assessors, etc..), to the roof installation and removal and the final review of the overall experience. My home is 90 miles outside of Charlotte, and Glenn spent a lot of time and effort in coordinating the onsite meetings with the insurance adjustor and the 3rd party assessor. He personally had to make 3 roundtrip visits to my home because of weather concerns. He facilitated all communication with the insurance company, offering to establish a 3-way call so that he could assist with addressing their questions and providing them with any requested information.
