Triple Crown Restoration

Jim Aebly handled my roof replacement back in April. I waited 2 months to see how things held up. I’m sitting in my dry home with the rain beating down in a massive storm right now. No issues. Jim stopped by one weekend and offered to check the roof out. I went through the same process about 1 year earlier and told him to knock himself out if he wanted. I signed off on the couple forms, called my insurance company and figured that would be the end of it. Low and behold the roof was fully approved and Jim put a crew on it the following Friday. If it wasn’t for the sign out front and my wife seeing them work, I wouldn’t have know they had been here. Roof went on in less than 8 hours and there was a single shingle piece and two small screen tears. Jim took care of the screen repairs the next day. No issues. Overall an amazing experience. 5 stars because I can’t give more!

My recent interactions with Triple Crown Restoration were pleasurable and professional from beginning to end. My primary contact Glenn was very helpful in explaining the process, from the initial assessment phase, through the complexities of the interactions with the other required entities (insurance company, adjustors, 3rd party assessors, etc..), to the roof installation and removal and the final review of the overall experience. My home is 90 miles outside of Charlotte, and Glenn spent a lot of time and effort in coordinating the onsite meetings with the insurance adjustor and the 3rd party assessor. He personally had to make 3 roundtrip visits to my home because of weather concerns. He facilitated all communication with the insurance company, offering to establish a 3-way call so that he could assist with addressing their questions and providing them with any requested information. One of the sales representatives came door to door in my neighborhood, because I've worked in sales before I gave the gentlman a chance. He was super nice and friendly at the time, helped me call my insurance, even had someone come out to look at our roof. Once we were approved by the insurance he called to set up the replacement date. I asked if I could get a quote and contract written up and then we would proceed. He automatically got an attitude and said we had already commited. I stated I would not do anything without a contract and gave him my email address to send. It's been over 2 weeks and no quote, we decided to go with someone more professional and responsive.
