Kris was very responsive to my service call. He coordinated the time that was good for us. Kris is the most knowledgeable person I have met when it comes to home repairs. There is no task to big or small for him. I truly appreciate his skills, professionally, and his gracious personality. He will always be our first choice. I called at least 20 companies - HVAC and electricians - to install my new range hood, including an exhaust. No dice until I called K1. Kris came out same day and not only quoted a fair price but he flagged that I need additional components to ensure my range hood worked as intended. Super happy with his work and enjoyed the jokes and Chic Fil A sandwich. Would absolutely hire him again. In fact, we are already working to install my TVs. Thanks, K1.
