Awful experience. Among other things, the mini-split they installed was installed all wrong. Exterior nuts not tight, so a Freon leak there. Coolant line not insulated. Pipe coming into the unit was bent, so that nut wasn't tight, so a Freon leak there. At the end of the day, because of excessive water leakage over time, the non-coated components rusted out. Options were to fix it and be left with a rusting unit. Or to just get a new one. I opted for a new one. But it wouldn't be installed by Summit, because they never called me back when I initially called about servicing. When I later asked for reimbursement from Summit due to the faulty install, they said, "If only you had given us a chance!" I said, "I did. I called, talked to your office person and she said she'd call me back, which she never did." Then Summit tried to tell me that all this rust was normal. Sorry, but it's not. When the bad unit was taken out and laid in the driveway, a big pile of rust spilled out.

I had used them to replace my Evaporator Coil assembly. The calls to office with initial questions were promptly followed up by Amber. Omar Urbano worked on my home and he was a thorough professional, who answered all my questions before the job started and finished the job in the most proficient manner. I highly recommend their service without any reservations.
