Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Vala, came out to service my hot water heater and showed up even before the scheduled time. He was knowledgeable and efficient, helped me work through some repayment with my home warranty company which took a little extra time and he was happy to do it for me. He also helped provide me with some rough estimates of what it would cost to do some additional work. He finished the job and got my hot water heater up and running even though it is old and probably needs to be replaced he did not push any higher price services on me. When the technician arrived, the job was done quick and clean, 5 stars for that part for sure. But my appointment was from 2pm to 4pm, the technician arrived at 7pm, this makes the overall experience not 5 stars. Sorry.
