This is the second time we've used Morris-Jenkins and they were excellent again! I was able to make an appointment request Friday night on their website. It was easy, intuitive, and user-friendly. I set an appointment for today with a 2-hour window. I got an email confirmation and was told that they would call en route. The technician called and said he was on the way. Nick showed up right on time and was friendly, professional, and had the problem fixed in less than 20 minutes. He also gave us an option on a plan that would save us money and explained it very well. He even played with our dog! Overall a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them and would them again.
We have used Morris-Jenkins since we purchased our home 5 years ago. The company has been very reliable! When the unit finally had to be replaced, Jay was our service person and he was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Jordan was amazing! He was professional and courteous! He showed up in the time frame he said he would, he spent his time trying to diagnose the problem. At first, seemed like it was hopeless but he didn’t give up. He stayed until he fixed it and a couple hours later, I had cool air again. I’m so happy with the level of professionalism, time and care he put into this emergency service I signed up for their monthly maintenance plan, which is well worth it and even saved me money on the diagnostic emergency visit. Morris Jenkins, and Jordan exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much and I will be recommending them to everyone.
