I requested an appointment online and received an email within 10 minutes that I was scheduled. Our service window was 5-7 and at 6 we got a call that it would be closer to 7, but not to worry they were still coming. Then the technician called when he was on his way to say he was 40 minutes out, and was here by 7:05. Our technician Jay was very helpful. He assessed and explained the issue quickly, and also explained the repair. Very friendly service.
This is the second time we've used Morris-Jenkins and they were excellent again! I was able to make an appointment request Friday night on their website. It was easy, intuitive, and user-friendly. I set an appointment for today with a 2-hour window. I got an email confirmation and was told that they would call en route. The technician called and said he was on the way. Nick showed up right on time and was friendly, professional, and had the problem fixed in less than 20 minutes. He also gave us an option on a plan that would save us money and explained it very well. He even played with our dog! Overall a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them and would them again.
Jordan and Austin were both extremely professional and courteous. They arrived at my home right on time and did a great job with the maintenance of my systems. They explained everything they were doing and informed me of some potential issues I may encounter if not addressed. As a long time field service tech and now service manager, I can appreciate the qualities and work of a good field tech and both of these young men did an excellent job. Morris Jenkins is lucky to have them.
