We have been using Morris Jenkins for years now and have never been disappointed. This morning Julio came out to replace our sink disposal and was fantastic. He was so kind with our three year old (who was fascinated by him!!). He was able to identify the problem with our old disposal very quickly and made sure to explain it to us. He then presented us with several options for a replacement and didn’t push any of them on us, letting us decide which one we were most comfortable with paying for. Before he left, he even allowed me to take a photo of him “fixing” my son’s sink. My son had asked if “the guy” was going to fix his sink next as I was driving him to school, so he will be thrilled to see the photo when I pick him up this afternoon. All in all, we are very happy with Morris Jenkins and Julio was not only a fantastic representative of the company, but a wonderful person. Service: Garbage disposal installation
My wife and I had a first class experience with our Morris Jenkins tech, Cole Greene. Very personable and he took his time to make sure everything was done right. He gave feedback at the end about what he did and provided future recommendations to be proactive and plan for. He was on time and very thorough. Relationships are everything! By far the best customer service I have seen in a service industry. Extremely friendly and kind. From start to finish the service was excellent. Trevor and Drew did a fantastic job. They were very responsive, explaining everything, diagnosed the problem and were not rushed. We had a major exterior drain issue that they both arranged to have fixed very quickly and on a holiday. The team that came to fix the problem did a great job and fixed everything in the time they said they would. I highly recommend Morris Jenkins for your plumbing issues.
