Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning

On January 18, 2025, Airtron technician Jon Saxton came to our house and literally saved us from freezing to death. He found the root cause of the problem, and the heater is now working beautifully. Thank goodness for Jon Saxton.

I had issues with my Thermostat reading 86 degrees even when it was set for 74 degrees. They took their time and checked out unit and could not find anything wrong with the unit. They then went in the attic and they actually noticed installation was missing. The walls and ceiling were extremely hot. The good thing I am now able to have the installation folks down to add the installation. They will follow-up after this is completed and than will see next steps if still needed. Chris and Justin were excellent and great customer service. They were very thorough and professional. I would not think twice to request them back if needed.
