Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning

On January 18, 2025, Airtron technician Jon Saxton came to our house and literally saved us from freezing to death. He found the root cause of the problem, and the heater is now working beautifully. Thank goodness for Jon Saxton.

This is a personal message to Jon Saxton for being the utmost professional that you are! I'd like to thank you for your tenacity, your kindness and your professionalism during the recent breakdown of my A/C unit. If you ever need to call Airtron, please ask for Jon - this man went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure all of my needs were met, especially during the unbelievable heat wave we have here in NC. This man was tenacious, knew his craft and stayed with me until he knew I was OK (almost 5 hours LATER in the heat). Thank you, Jon - you are a good man with a kind heart who takes his job seriously. Air Tron is incredibly lucky to have such a skilled individual! :)
