Technician Juan Rivera came out today for our semi-annual maintenance and evaluation of our 2 units. Juan was VERY knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and what he had found in our systems. Very professional and personable. We then received a very detailed email about what work was done and what the findings were - as well as estimates for some future work that we may need soon. I contacted three companies to assess my upstairs HVAC system and downstairs ducts. I told all 3 assessors that one of the upstairs bedrooms seemed to have poor airflow. Jose with CCA was the only person that found that the 30 year old ducts were not sufficient for that room. Tracey confirmed that our 16 year old downstairs HVAC unit could be repaired to bring it back to manufacturer specs and he fixed it. Jose worked with us to get us the best price for replacing the upstairs HVAC air handler, ducts, outside unit, and downstairs ducts. Donald and Frederick managed the installation and had their crews clean as they worked so there was never any mess left at the end of the day. Had Salesman Willie M come out to my house because my old unit kept breaking. My unit was 7 years old and turns out not big enough for my house. Carolina Comfort Air sent Adam, Austin and Austin to install a new unit and replace any wrong ductwork that was previously installed.
