Carolina Comfort Air made replacing my HVAC easy, and everything was written in detail on what they were going to do. Justin P. was very detailed in his write up and explained everything if we had any questions. He even noticed a duct that was in the wrong place and had it moved to were it was suppose to go. Justin P. takes the time to do a follow up and make sure we were happy and everything was done to our liking. Tomas and Justin, the technicians, were great. They were easy to work with and were very professional. They covered the hallway floors, before they started work, and everything was cleaned up when they left. Both Tomas and Justin took the time to answer questions and make sure everything was set up correctly. Thank you CCA team, for making the HVAC replacement process less stressful. We are extremely satisfied with our brand new HVAC system & the installation process, The entire experience with Carolina comfort was exceptional from the first contact to the last goodbye. Sales man, (Jimmy) and technicians arrived on time everyone was extremely polite, professional, and effective the work was performed as promised, and I was billed exactly what I was quoted. Shout out to Adam the tech he was very knowledgeable, and you can totally tell he takes pride in his work he was a very hard working, and Jimmy was awesome! Had Salesman Willie M come out to my house because my old unit kept breaking. My unit was 7 years old and turns out not big enough for my house. Carolina Comfort Air sent Adam, Austin and Austin to install a new unit and replace any wrong ductwork that was previously installed. The guys were all professional and courteous and did a fantastic job, we are extremely happy we went with this company…Highly recommend!!!!! Service: Installation
