He was very patient as I trailed him and explained everything to me in terms I could understand and answered all of my many questions. This business was a very welcome find for me. Allison did everything right! She was punctual, friendly, professional, informative, efficient and had my AC back up running in no time. She pointed out a few things that I may have wanted to address at the time of her visit or in the future. Love that she, and the company in general, was not pushy and looking to make an extra dollar.
