Our kitchen drain pipe had deteriorated somewhere underneath the basement concrete floor. Rather than tear up the concrete floor, we opted to follow PF's recommendation to install a drain from the kitchen through the back yard to join the main house sewage pipe. We are grateful for the professionalism and personable nature of Mr. James Idol (Estimator) and of Tony's three-man team, who did the work. They knew what to do and did it superbly; their work ethic is wonderful, and, mindful of the inconvenience that such disruptive work poses to the homeowner's family, were most considerate us as they completed the project and cleaned up afterward. Mr. Idol followed up to ensure customer satisfaction, and the team returned a few days later to deal with settling soil and to make minor adjustments we requested.
