Looked them up and hired them base don their reviews. From the person (I think it was Troy Cooley) who initially evaluated the roof to the guys who replaced the roof, they were very professional. Cooley Roofing is not just another roofing company. I am very happy with my professional roof installation from Cooley Roofing and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. I also had new larger gutters and downspouts installed through Cooley Roofing. It just rained on an off for 4 days on my new roof and into my new larger gutters and downspouts and no more leaks inside and rainwater moved wonderfully.

I needed a new roof, old one was leaking. Long story short, Troy from Cooley was the only person who I had in for an estimate who was honest, completely answered all my questions, and gave me a through explanation of what was wrong and what materials and procedures Cooley Roofing would use to replace my roof. He was very calm and friendly but thoroughly professional and he was the first roofer I spoke with who gave me peace of mind. And there was never any hard sell, just facts. The foreman and installation crew were also thoroughly professional but friendly, and I could see from the way they worked and interacted with each other, that they knew what they were doing. They were on-time and cleaned up beautifully! Oh and the office staff were wonderful to talk with and always very helpful, too! All around, a great company to work with, a rarity in this day and age!
