Mike was early for the appointment and was quick to solve the problem. Brad was very understanding of the change in installation reccomendations from 11 years ago to today and he waived the service fee to repair the flue pipe due to the minor leaking. Exceptional customer service!
Called multiple times to get a price on a whole new replacement system for my house. I got strung along for a few weeks with appointments that weren't kept, promises for phone calls that never happened, and ended with a random unsolicited call from another HVAC company out of King. It would've been fine if they told me they didn't want to do the job - but to string me along like that is not professional in the least.
Stood up our appointment time on three separate occasions over 2 weeks time with no call to state they wouldn't be able to make it. We have been customers for a few years, but will be taking out business elsewhere now.
