WOW! Lester has just reinstated what true customer service is all about! I called Carolina Care Heating & Air shortly after 8am on Monday July 20 2023 to request service for our AC which stopped working a week ago. We had been waiting a week for our home warranty company to call us back for a scheduled appointment. We couldn’t take it any longer so I took a chance and I reached out to Carolina Care heating and air and had the pleasure to speak with Lester. Honestly I wasn’t expecting for him to be available to come out same day to check out the AC unit but was thrilled when he was able to put me on the schedule. He arrived at the beginning of my scheduled window. He was pleasant to talk with and explained everything. He quickly identified the issue, fixed it, checked my ac freon level and was up to date on all modern payment methods! We will be using Carolina Care for all our heating & ac needs going forward!
