My AC went out at 1am. Every other company I called had no after hours dispatchers. Horizon was able to schedule a technician to come out later that morning. Jesse did a terrific job and had us up and running again quickly. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. A+ service.

Jesse arrived in less than an hour from my appointment time.He was very professional taking time to explained every detail of my repair. He repaired my unit and my house is cool again. All of this happened on a Sunday. I reccomend using Horizons the best service experience I have ever had.
