Jesse arrived in less than an hour from my appointment time.He was very professional taking time to explained every detail of my repair. He repaired my unit and my house is cool again. All of this happened on a Sunday. I reccomend using Horizons the best service experience I have ever had.
My Technician Thiago was great. He very knowledgeable, professional, worked fast, and valued my time. I would recommend him 10 out of 10 times & he's definitely a 5 star Technician. I'm glad I called Horizon!
Matt and Jessie did a fantastic job repairing an outside water leak, shower drain that was leaking in the crawlspace, and replacing a water heater that we've had almost 31 years. I would highly recommend Horizon. They do Heating and Air, Electrical, and Plumbing. I will definitely be calling them again in the future. Thanks for being in the Concord/Kannapolis area.
