As a first time customer, I am very pleased with Chad Love services. We initially just wanted a estimate for a new HVAC system because we thought it was done for. But, Mo our technician was very informative about the different inexpensive options that would best fit our needs in fixing the AC rather than buying a whole new system. He was very reliable, professional and personable. Five stars is definitely not enough to praise him and the company. Chad Love now have gotten them a loyal customer and will be the only company I will trust for my future problems. If you're reading this, look no further and call them for your needs.
Customer service seems to be a lost art these days, but Chad Love Services is the exception. I’ve struggled with an issue for over a year, I’ve had two separate contractors out on multiple occasions and neither could properly address the problem. Chad Love Services provided a clear diagnosis within an hour. The technician was polite, professional, informative and empathetic. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My only regret is not calling them sooner.
My A/C unit died on a Saturday night several weeks ago. I called Chad Love Services on Sunday evening, they sent a technician the next morning. Jordan came a few minutes ahead of the time scheduled, introduced himself, and got right down to the business of troubleshooting my situation. It didn’t take him long to determine that the coil AC in the attic was shot and needed to be replaced and the system was 10+ years old. He gave several different recommendations, options. He was very knowledgeable, and I like the fact that he just got to the point and said here’s our best unit for the size of your home and what he recommended. I had a couple other companies come out and give estimates as well that same day. I chose Chad Love Services because the prices were a little bit better. I did my homework on Goodman products and they’re rated right up there with the cream of the crop units.
