Called with a problem with what we thought were hard wired smoke detector. They were not hard wired but Zach and John replaced with a combo smoke and carbon monoxide detector. They were very easy to speak with, gave suggestions if other things we should look into replacing. They did a great job. Couldn't ask for anything better. A little pricey but you pay for what you get.

Dan was my installer was very personable, friendly, professional and respectful. As soon as he came in he covered his shoes to prevent leaving any marks on floor. Provided detail of the work clearly. He new all the coding requirements of the job and Took care of the job right on site in about an hour. Cleaned up the work area after he was done. Couldn’t even tell anyone was did drilling and sheet rock cutting….he left it in same clean condition that it was in before he started. Thank you Dan !!!!! Sometimes you just don't know what you don't know and that was the case when we bought our current house and sought to have some basic remodeling done before moving in. One thing we opted for was to remove some cabinet fixtures and the electrical outlets in the vicinity. Quite simple right? Well, not so much that led to our most recent challenge of power failure in some outlets and one which experienced arcing with the potential of causing a fire. I called Viva Electric who sent Zach out. Zach was able to trace my lack of power to the remodeling work without my telling him there was remodeling work done. As a part of his diagnostics, he asked if we had any images of the kitchen where we were having this issue before the remodeling was done. Which we provided. He was then able to “poke” into the wall and locate the wiring which in one instance was “ secured” with Gorilla tape! It cost me more than I originally anticipated but provided me the peace of mind that will allow me to sleep a b
