I knew of some outstanding reviews on the Neighborhood App for years, and I have called them when I have problems with my unit. This particular visit is for a check up. David is very nice and very knowledgeable. I have recommended them to others and they have had great experiences with them as well. Service: A/C system maintenance
My AC was out, and Alternative Aire sent out a person within 2 hours of me calling. They fixed the issue and recommended against a part that would have cost me >$200 without true value. All in all, I received fast, excellent, and honest service. I will definitely use them again if I have any further issues!
They came when they said. Received text before and after. We were out of town and felt good with hearing it was a capacitor that was needed. With that it was fixed at a total cost of $330. We were relieved to hear it was that easy. Phone respoce when calling them was very helpful.
