With the temperature in the house reaching 90 degrees soon after the air conditioning stopped working, it was wonderful to have someone respond quickly at 7 pm on a Friday night. The work was completed efficiently with a clear explanation of what the problem was.
The rep they sent worked on my unit for all of 10 mins and left my storage open. The wind blew out the pilot on my heater. Then 1 month later my unit stopped working again. Advised my landlord to not send them to my location ever again.
