With the temperature in the house reaching 90 degrees soon after the air conditioning stopped working, it was wonderful to have someone respond quickly at 7 pm on a Friday night. The work was completed efficiently with a clear explanation of what the problem was.
Tech was a nice enough person. They forgot to put a screw in place on the fan. Result fan and HVAC stopped working. Called and no one got back to me as it was after hours. Called at 8am on saturday and told someone would get back to me on monday. Order parts from Hay's but no one ever told me when parts could be expected. Bad customer service.
I obtained about 7 quotes for a complete swap out of my old heater and air conditioner. Hayes was the second quote. Their quote ended up the best price for the best units. The work was done like a pit crew. I have never experienced a better, faster, or more professional service from any other contractor for any type.
