Chris and Josh handled every aspect of the process on from filing through insurance to following up with me in appointment times. Amy who handled the initial call in office was quick to respond with any questions I had with estimates and followed up with me consistently. As a Realtor, I often handle repairs/roof replacement for clients… this was a first for my personal home. The crew showed up on time, did a beautiful job and were extremely courteous knowing I had two doggies inside needing to “go outside” and made me wait until they knew they it was safe for them to be in the yard.
