Burnett Electrical was outstanding! They were very prompt with returning my calls, answering my questions and showing up exactly when they said they would (which I've noticed is rare in the Triangle Region). Not only were they prompt, but they kept their word, were reasonably priced, fair and were very professional. My brother is an electrician in Ohio and very good at his job; these guys made us feel just as well taken care of as when he does work for us. We have tried several different electricians since moving to this area, but we are now sticking with Burnett. Such wonderful company! Derrick was also very honest with us and worked to help figure out the most safe and cost effective solution to our situation. Call these guys! You will not be disappointed!

I'm very happy with my experience with Derrick this morning! He answered immediately when I called, came over a short time later, and thoroughly addressed all of my concerns, even doing additional testing to give me some extra reassurance. He put on a mask before entering the house and kept it in place throughout his stay, which I really appreciate! His pricing is very reasonable and truly an excellent value considering he is also prompt, thorough, courteous, and professional. I had a great experience with Irving and his team. They were responsive, professional, and extremely friendly and helpful. They relocated a light fixture in our dining room, added a new ceiling fan in our living room, and replaced a ceiling fan in a bedroom. All of the work was completed expediently and thoroughly. Irving went above and beyond to install the fixtures as requested, even when faced with some (literal) hurdles in our attic. He and his team were such a pleasure to work with, and I will definitely call them for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend!
