Inspect Electrical for sale of residence. Mr. Burnett was an enormous help to address issues with a home inspection that had literally frightened the home buyers for my condominium. He responded to my request for an inspection and repairs both quickly and professionally. The home inspector, while thorough in his report, had no knowledge of electrical code. However, Mr. Burnett provided both knowledge and skill to address every issue & repair. His written response was quick and thorough, and helped me respond to the buyers' need for reassurance regarding the electrical. We had an electrical safety inspection done on a house we are looking to purchase. The absolute best! The big electrical companies came out and gave outrageous rates without any problem solving discussion. I have tons of little problems in the house: old outlets, doorbells, lighting, wiring to a shed, fuse box replacement. Burnett electric gave me an hourly / daily rate to fix everything. And I had 7 outlets not working ! He found the one that was misbehaving which solved all of them ! Great problem solver and down to earth approach.
