Extremely Poor customer service!! My 80 year old mother tried to have a conversation about a bill that she had received for service that did not happen. The service men within 10 minutes of arrival could not do the repairs. My mother explained to the woman. Who answers the phone that the bill was to be paid by a third party insurance company. A company previously used by my mother to have ABC service her. The woman who answers the phone told my mother that they no longer do business with that company because of a debt not being paid. My mother did not have a clue that the companies no longer do business with each other. The office lady was extremely rude to my mother, and would not give a compromise in the solution of an analysis that took the service me 10 minutes to conclude. As a business professional I am very confident the owner or management does not know what there employees are doing or saying to their clients . They had the parts that I needed in stock when no one else in Fayetteville had them. The gentleman was very helpful in explaining how to solve my problem. Excellent service!

I'm not here to leave a review. Just noticed that your Google maps page says you are open on Saturdays until 1:00 p.m. But I arrived and the store is closed. Just to give you a heads up.
