After calling some of the first couple listings that Google results gave me for electricians in Fayetteville, to my dismay no one picked up, I was placed on hold, or connected to an answering service that could not provide immediate help. I searched for electrician recommendations on Facebook and Charles's number was mentioned with high reviews. I called him directly and he answered immediately, was very patient as I explained my situation. He came out quickly and took care of everything. He explained everything to my husband and I, and made us feel very informed and comfortable about each decision point in the process. He was extremely thorough as he trouble shooted our complicated issue. Charles hung a lighting fixture for me that I tried and failed to do myself. I had messed it up pretty badly (both switch and light) and he came and fixed it expertly and quickly. Communicative and well priced. Thanks so much Charles!!
